Bookkeeper - Property Management Full-Cycle Role Onsite in Addison

This is a full-cycle bookkeeping role responsible for support of daily front-office tasks. Location : Addison, TX 100% Onsite

Pay : $28.00 - $30.00/hour (BOE)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Type : Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Full-cycle bookkeeping (CPA handles close/tax returns)

• Manage payroll for 8-15 multi-state employees (manual)

• Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Desktop 2024

• Process AP and reconcile bank statements (some manual entries)

• Maintain accounting for 500+ tenants across 5 properties

• Answer low-volume phone calls, sort mail, and handle filing duties

• Support general office operations with administrative help

To be eligible to apply you must have the following skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

• Strong command of QuickBooks Desktop (2024), Excel basics, and manual entry

• Strong filing and organizational skills

• 2+ years of front desk office experience

• 3+ years payroll experience

• Comfortable working solo or as part of a small team

• Must pass a background check and maintain confidentiality
