Bonded/Woven Cord Machine OperatorThe Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient production and packaging of Bonded and Woven Strapping while following all Customer requirements and Safety and Company Policies and Procedures.Schedules Available:Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pmResponsibilities:Replenish creel stands and adhesivesMonitor/adjust Bonding and Weaving processesTie endsAdjust line tensionsStart up and shut down lines as neededEnsure product meets order specificationsComplete production paperworkExceed all Safety standardsMeet all Quality requirementsCleans and maintains equipment when applicable.Uses product specifications to set up equipment to manufacture product.Transfer coils in process from the machinePackage coilsRequirements:Strong work ethicExcellent attendanceProblem solving skillsCommunication skillsBasic understanding of adhesives and yarnsAble to lift up to 30 pounds as necessary
