Bon Secours Pediatric Specialty Program is seeking a full-time Pediatric Psychiatrist to join a collaborative, mission‑driven team dedicated to improving mental health care for children and adolescents. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, integrated behavioral health model with strong support and room to grow.

Position Overview
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary pediatric team
- Support children and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral health needs
- Opportunity to help shape and grow pediatric mental health services
Qualifications
- MD/DO, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Fellowship-trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Eligible for Virginia medical license
