BOM Engineer
We are seeking an experienced BOM Engineer to manage and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) lifecycle for medical device products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with BOM management, engineering change processes, ERP/PLM systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product accuracy, compliance, and manufacturing readiness.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience in the Medical Device industry
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) management
- Experience supporting Change Management requests in CMS
- Hands-on experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- Experience with PLM/PDM systems
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong knowledge of EBOM and MBOM
- Ability to extract, analyze, manipulate, and report BOM data using spreadsheets and databases
- Strong understanding of product configuration and data integrity
- Experience working with engineering documentation and revision control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
