Boiler Operator Helper

Our client, a leader in Educational services, is seeking a Boiler Operator Helper to join their team for heating season, potentially longer. As a Boiler Operator Helper, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Utility Plant team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Boiler Operator Helper
Location: Kutztown, PA
Pay Range: $17-$35/hour
Shift: Swing shift
What's the Job?

• Operate boilers and maintain proper steam pressure and water levels in a generating plant.
• Assist in the operation of electric generation equipment and monitor boiler plant systems.
• Keep detailed records of steam production and fuel consumption.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs to boilers and related equipment.
• Report potential problems and assist in maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
