As a BOH Team Member, you will prepare items front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish areas, observe food safety and quality guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for fast, hardworking people who enjoy working on a team to succeed. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character providing fresh and quality food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present food safely and efficiently, meeting our standards

Assist in keeping the kitchen clean at all times

Keep up to date with current promotions and new products

Operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager on shift

Adhere to all company policies and procedures
