Body/Ultrasound Radiologist

Radiology Associates of South Florida (RASF) is seeking a Radiologist with expertise in diagnostic ultrasound to join their team in Miami, FL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to specialize 100% in ultrasound or read a mix of ultrasound and body imaging cases within a world-class health system. Practice Info

• Work at a world class health system with benefits of Self-Governed private practice
• 100% Ultrasound or mix of ultrasound and body imaging
• Team environment working alongside other subspecialized radiologists
• Utilizing Imorgon and report accelerator to view ultrasound images and pre-populating data fields
• Support from other subspecialists including fellowship trained pediatric and musculoskeletal radiologists
• Single hospital PACS system and the latest AI tools supported by administrative personnel and a 24/7 dedicated hospital-based call center for radiology services

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality imaging services to Baptist Health South Florida
• Comfortable with the full spectrum of ultrasound cases including abdominal imaging, obstetrics, gynecology, small parts, superficial structures, as well as some vascular and musculoskeletal ultrasound
• Opportunity for academic appointments
• Teach medical students and radiology residents
• Participate in Tumor Boards

Compensation

• Highly competitive base salary plus productivity incentives
• The salary range for this position is $450,000 - $750,000 (total compensation package inclusive of shifts worked, productivity, and moonlighting)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Flexible clinical scheduling with hybrid onsite and remote reading
• Ample optional internal moonlighting including hop-on hop-off reading

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Fellowship training in Body Imaging or Abdominal Imaging
• Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• ABR or AOBR certification (or board-eligible status)
