Responsibilities:

Assemble, disassemble, and reinstall vehicle components and parts with precision and care

Inspect assembled parts and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently

Collaborate with collision repair technicians and estimators to meet production timelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop standards

Document completed work and flag any parts discrepancies or damage findings

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive assembly and collision repair

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard shop equipment

Ability to follow technical instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, production-driven environment

Valid driver's license preferred

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
