Cox Automotive is seeking a Body Shop Prepper to support high-quality collision and refinish work across its automotive remarketing and retail operations. In this role, you will prepare vehicle surfaces for paint by sanding, masking, cleaning, and applying primers and sealers according to OEM and shop standards. You’ll inspect prior bodywork, perform minor repairs or filler work, and coordinate closely with painters, estimators, and technicians to meet quality and cycle-time goals.
Working in a fast-paced, on-site body shop environment, you’ll maintain tools and equipment, follow strict safety and environmental guidelines, and contribute to Cox Automotive’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation while helping deliver exceptional results for dealer and consumer customers.
