AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Fellowship Trained Body Radiologists to join their physician-led practice in Central Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work with a large cancer and transplant population, providing a high volume of advanced body MRI and CT. The position emphasizes subspecialty work with no mammography, neuro, or MSK responsibilities, and provides various flexible scheduling options including remote work.

- Largest radiology practice in Central Florida with 200+ radiologists
- Provides approximately 3 million exams through a large referral base
- Main campus is a tertiary referral center for Central Florida with a large cancer and transplant population
- Utilizes Radiology AI for automated impression generation (Rad AI) and AI-powered triage and diagnostic support (Aidoc)
- 24-hour support from an experienced team of dedicated Radiology Practice Coordinators
- Exclusive imaging provider for 17 AdventHealth hospitals, 10 freestanding EDs, and 21 outpatient imaging centers throughout Central Florida with one PACS system
Compensation
- Extremely competitive compensation of $600,000 to $1,000,000++ with uncapped earning potential

- RVU expectation 56.5/shift (Daytime onsite)
- RVU expectation 60.5/shift (Evenings)

Shift & Schedule
- 100% body specialty work
- Daytime onsite: Day schedule with occasional evening coverage
- NO overnight responsibility (subspecialized internal overnight coverage)
- 100% remote days only position (Daytime remote)
- No evening or overnight shifts (Daytime remote)
- Evenings: 3-11pm or 4-12pm EST
- Overnights: 7 days on 14 days off OR 14 days on 14 days OFF
- Remote or onsite weekends: Day or evening shifts based on your preference
- Can be 3, 12-hour shifts/week (120 shifts per year) or 4, 10-hour shifts per week (160 shifts per year) for weekends
- Days other than Saturday and Sunday are flexible for weekends
Requirements
- Fellowship Trained Body Radiologist
- BE or BC with the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
- Eligible for Florida Medical License
- Procedure skills in CT and US are welcomed but not required
- Neuro skills welcomed but not required (for overnights)
