Western Colorado Radiologic Associates (WCRA) is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Body Radiologist to join their physician-led practice in Grand Junction, Colorado. This partnership-track opportunity involves supporting a Level II trauma center and multiple outpatient imaging facilities across western Colorado and eastern Utah. The role offers a balanced mix of high-quality subspecialty imaging, a collegial physician culture, and exceptional lifestyle access in a scenic region.

Practice Info

  • Physician-led radiology practice serving hospitals and clinics throughout western Colorado and eastern Utah
  • Supports St. Mary's Medical Center, a 310-bed Level II trauma center
  • Utilizes MosaicOSTM, an AI-enabled platform for streamlined reads and improved efficiency
  • 24/7 IT support
  • Collaborative team of radiologists and advanced practice providers across multiple subspecialties

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting a broad range of abdominal and thoracic imaging studies
  • Participating in general diagnostic radiology coverage
  • Participating in shared call responsibilities
  • Performing body-focused diagnostic imaging including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography
  • Providing balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency imaging
  • Collaborating with subspecialty-trained colleagues across multiple disciplines
  • Opportunity to participate in breast imaging and procedures (optional)

Compensation

  • Partnership track position

  • The salary range for this position is $450,000-$500,000

Shift & Schedule

  • Rotating/Float
  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements

  • BC/BE
  • Fellowship-trained in Body Imaging
  • Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal or Body Imaging
  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado
  • Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology
  • Experience in breast imaging or breast procedures is welcomed but not required
