Body Imaging Radiologist

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is actively seeking BC/BE Body Imaging Radiologists to join their growing network across in-person, hybrid, and remote settings in the NYC metro area. Providers will join a robust team of physicians interpreting examinations supported by a modern imaging infrastructure across diverse inpatient and outpatient environments. This opportunity offers a broad clinical scope, advanced imaging responsibilities, and involvement in multidisciplinary conferences and resident education.

• Diverse network of facilities including Manhattan, Long Island, and Westchester County
• Large, subspecialized radiology department with close to 250 radiologists
• Diverse case mix across inpatient and outpatient settings

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• In-person, hybrid, and remote options available

Responsibilities

• Interpret examinations supported by modern imaging infrastructure and an extensive referral base
• Perform advanced cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis
• Provide comprehensive ultrasound diagnostics
• Perform diagnostic fluoroscopic procedures
• Perform image-guided biopsies and fluid drainages (CT and ultrasound)

Qualifications

• MD. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Body Imaging
• Completion of Body Imaging Fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York and Connecticut
