Body Imaging Radiologist

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship-trained Body Imaging Radiologist for a hybrid remote and onsite role on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and Louisiana. This position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time schedules within the Ochsner North Shore Radiology group. Practice Info

• Hybrid role, meaning it will be remote and onsite
• The Ochsner North Shore Radiology group is composed of 14 radiologists with fellowship training in Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, MRI, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology and Breast Imaging working in conjunction with a larger system-wide Radiology group that includes a total of over 100 board certified radiologists
• This position will be 80% at Slidell Memorial in Slidell, La and 20% in Bay St. Louis, MS
• This will be 1 day a week in MS including procedures
• Inpatient practice opportunity
• Primarily on-site position with opportunity to work remotely several times per month

Shift & Schedule

• This position can be part-time or full-time
• Primarily on-site position with opportunity to work remotely several times per month
• After hours coverage 7 nights/week by combination of internal nighthawks/VRAD
• Very reasonable call requirements and associated respite days

Compensation

• Starting salary is commensurate with experience and training with quick ramp up in a fair and transparent compensation plan

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Body or Musculoskeletal Imaging is preferred
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Radiology
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
• Individuals who reside in and will work from the following areas are not eligible for remote work position: Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C.
