Body Imaging Radiologist

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship trained Body Imaging Radiologist on the Gulf Coast of MS and La. This hybrid role allows for a mix of remote and onsite work with a team of dedicated professionals. Candidates will join the Ochsner North Shore Radiology group in delivering exceptional inpatient care and imaging services.

Practice Info

• The Ochsner North Shore Radiology group is composed of 14 radiologists with fellowship training in Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, MRI, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology and Breast Imaging
• Works in conjunction with a larger system-wide Radiology group that includes a total of over 100 board certified radiologists
• Position will be 80% at Slidell Memorial in Slidell, La and 20% in Bay St. Louis, MS
• 1 day a week in MS including procedures
• Inpatient Practice Opportunity
• After hours coverage 7 nights/week by combination of internal nighthawks/VRAD

Compensation

• Starting salary is commensurate with experience and training with quick ramp up in a fair and transparent compensation plan

Shift & Schedule

• Hybrid role, meaning it will be remote and onsite
• This position can be part-time or full-time
• Primarily on-site position with opportunity to work remotely several times per month
• Very reasonable call requirements and associated respite days

Qualifications

• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Body or Musculoskeletal Imaging is preferred
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
• Individuals who reside in and will work from the following areas are not eligible for remote work position: Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C.
