Body Imaging Radiologist

Northwell Health is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained Body Imaging Radiologist to join their growing Department of Radiology at Staten Island University Hospital. This full-time position offers in-person, hybrid, and remote options, providing a diverse case mix across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves interpreting examinations with support from modern imaging infrastructure and an extensive referral base, contributing to a large, subspecialized radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Interpret examinations annually.
• Emphasize cross-sectional imaging.
• Perform advanced cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
• Conduct comprehensive ultrasound diagnostics.
• Perform diagnostic fluoroscopic procedures.
• Execute image-guided biopsies and fluid drainages (CT and ultrasound).

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• BE/BC in Body Imaging.
• Completion of Body Imaging Fellowship.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York.
