Body Imaging Radiologist

Northwell Health is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Body Imaging Radiologists to join their growing Department of Radiology. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large, subspecialized department across various facilities, including in-person, hybrid, and remote options. Physicians will engage with a diverse case mix in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supported by modern imaging infrastructure and an extensive referral base.

Responsibilities

• Interpret examinations
• Perform advanced cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis
• Conduct comprehensive ultrasound diagnostics
• Perform diagnostic fluoroscopic procedures
• Execute image-guided biopsies and fluid drainages (CT and ultrasound)

Compensation

• Nationally competitive salaries
• Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125K to $750K, impacted by various factors including physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Body Imaging
• Completion of Body Imaging Fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York and Connecticut
