Practice Info

• Ochsner Health is an integrated healthcare system operating 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers
• The Ochsner North Shore Radiology group is composed of 14 radiologists working in conjunction with a larger system-wide Radiology group that includes a total of over 100 board certified radiologists
• Primary practice location is a large outpatient super clinic with an adjoining new $50 million dollar state of the art cancer center
• After hours coverage 7 nights/week by combination of internal nighthawks/VRAD

Shift & Schedule

• Primarily on-site position with opportunity to work remotely several times per month
• Very reasonable call requirements and associated respite days

Qualifications

• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Body Imaging is preferred
• Experience/interest in advanced MRI techniques (including prostate, cervix, and rectal MR) and PET is a bonus
• Individuals who reside in and will work from the following areas are not eligible for remote work position: Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C.
