Working remotely, the full-time Bodily Injury Adjuster - OH/MI/IN will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage claims with attorney involvement, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Investigate claims related to automobile accidents, assessing coverage, liability, and damages Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process Utilize innovative tools to negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved Required qualifications Experience in handling represented and litigation claims Knowledge of automobile insurance policies and claims processes Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation Residency in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zones
