Bodily Injury Adjuster - MD, VA, DC, DE, WV

Working remotely, the full-time Bodily Injury Adjuster - MD, VA, DC, DE, WV will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damages and interpreting insurance policies Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements in accordance with legal and business standards Required qualifications Prior experience handling represented third-party casualty claims Experience with bodily injury claims in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, or Washington DC Minimum of 3 years of moderate to complex bodily injury claim handling experience Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
