Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across areas such as clinical care, healthcare operations, digital health, and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic guidance to support healthcare startups and the broader platform Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities
