Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Bootstrapped Founders will provide strategic guidance, governance, and industry insight to support Healthcare Shares' growth in venture capital and healthcare innovation, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, or venture capital Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic guidance aligned with mission-driven healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
