Board Certified Regional Medical Director

To ensure exceptional medical quality and service delivery, the full-time Board Certified Regional Medical Director will implement and direct policies, mentor providers, and manage accountability for clinical performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Accountable for all W2 and 1099 providers in the region, focusing on KPI and quality measures Conduct monthly meetings and communications to track provider metrics and enable support and improvement plans Provide clinical consultation, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with new initiatives Required qualifications Medical Degree with current/continuous board certification Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years in a clinical leadership role Proven ability to manage multiple administrative and clinical responsibilities effectively Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment Excellent oral and written communication skills
