Job Overview

Board Certified Hospitalist needed in Anchorage, Alaska. ENVOY, a division of Envision Healthcare, is recruiting a Hospitalist for a 3‑ to 6‑month assignment with options to extend. The patient census is 95 with 18–22 patients per shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 12‑hour shifts (6am‑6pm and 6pm‑6am) with rotating call, 5–7 shifts per month.
• Provide in‑patient hospitalist care for assigned census.
• Manage patient care from admission to discharge following hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a clean and active Alaska license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Ability to work full 12‑hour shifts and commute for 5–7 call shifts per month.
