Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans that cater to our clients' unique needs
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure client success
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and client-centered care
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in our services
Qualifications
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $100 - $110 HOURLY
Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
