* $85,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
* Performance-based bonus opportunities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
* Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
* Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
* Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
* Current BCBA certification (required)
* Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
Location:
* Primary service area: Farmington,Fayetteville, AR
* Hybrid model: in-home services with flexibility for remote documentation
