We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Able Minds ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement ABA therapy to support children with autism
  • Collaborate with families, other professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and consultation to staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in ABA
  • Work closely with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and family support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or pursuit of certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to ABA therapy
