Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Conduct assessments, program development, and data analysis to ensure the highest level of care for our clients
- Provide guidance and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of ABA therapy
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records and reports for client files
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinical or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
