Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals in VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, while enjoying the flexibility of working on a part-time or full-time basis without a caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify target behaviors and goals
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and progress tracking
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including part-time or full-time schedules
