Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Milestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team. We value providing high quality care to patients to meet each milestone across the lifespan and place an emphasis on career development for our staff.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides applied behavior analytic assessment, consultation, therapy and treatment planning for patient careDirects and educates caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians on implementing therapy as designedEstablishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with the patientsMonitors and assesses performance of Registered Behavior Technicians, patients, and organizations to ensure correct treatmentCollaborates with family and treatment team members to develop effective treatment planMaintains confidentiality and safeguards all patient related informationDocuments, maintains records, and bills in designated systemsDemonstrates time management to complete all required documentation for medical records and billingParticipates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetingsWorks collaboratively with other disciplinesPresents on behavioral health topics to individuals in the communityCompensation and BenefitsMilestone Health Partners values offering a flexible work schedule to assist staff in balancing career and family responsibilities.
