We are looking for a clinically strong and experienced BCBA to support a growing ABA center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, ethical ABA services while helping establish and grow clinical operations at a new location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments, reassessments, and treatment plans.
- Review client data and make programming changes based on results.
- Provide 97155 supervision and 97156 caregiver training .
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs and ensure treatment is implemented with fidelity.
- Develop and update behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress and maintain clinical documentation.
- Support authorization requirements and clinical compliance.
- Train staff and model appropriate ABA interventions.
- Collaborate with administration on clinical needs, scheduling, and client/staff onboarding.
- Maintain ethical, individualized, and client-centered care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong clinical and analytical skills.
- Organized, independent, and comfortable working in a growing/new center.
- Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and training staff.
- Strong documentation and authorization knowledge.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
