What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
- Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
- Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
- Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Behavior Analyst licensure or license‑eligible, in the state of Illinois.
- Experience working in a clinic setting.
