Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.)
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs
- Deliver caregiver training and collaboration
- Monitor progress using data-driven decision-making
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
- Model compassionate, child-centered, trauma-informed care
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered practice
