About the Role
As a BCBA at our Warrenton office, you will:
- Mentorship: You come as a leader in our organization and our team of RBTs need people who are passionate about the field like them.
- Collaborate: Our BCBAs collaborate daily and will provide and request input regularly. This is a large part of ABC Behavior's culture.

Requirements
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field, with BCBA Certification.
- Skills: Experience with Motivity and Aloha systems is a plus. Strong time management, conflict resolution skills, and a passion for helping others are essential. An understanding of CPT codes will help you excel in this role.
