Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Tempe, AZ
Setting: Center-based
Population Served: Children ages 3-8 years old
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
* Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
* Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
* Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
* Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
* Caseload size: 5-6 clients
* Billable hour expectations: (dependent on client needs)
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
* Base salary: $95-105K
* Bonus structure: Monthly bonus opportunities
* Sign-on bonus: $1,500
* PTO: 15 days ( 5 sick days)
