Project Brilliance is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism in our Tampa center and in-home settings. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and therapists, analyze data, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll support a child-centered, compassionate environment, provide parent training, ensure clinical quality and ethical standards, and participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance improvement initiatives.
