Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff in a South Holland, IL school setting. This role will float between multiple teams and provide behavioral oversight, staff support, and assistance with behavior intervention plans.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM


• Hours: 35 hours/week


• Start Date: ASAP


• End Date: June 14, 2027


• Pay: $55–60+/hr based on experience (W-2)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)


• Monitor fidelity of behavioral services and interventions


• Provide behavioral guidance and support to staff members


• Collaborate with educators and school personnel to address student behavioral needs


• Help ensure behavior supports are implemented consistently and effectively


• Provide ongoing consultation and staff support related to behavior programming

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification required


• IL LBA Required


• Experience providing behavioral support in a school setting preferred


• Strong understanding of behavior intervention planning and implementation


• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
