Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hudson Hill is immediately hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part time work in our group homes in Somerville, NJ. As a BCBA you can earn $75-$90 per hour plus you will enjoy flexible scheduling.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, DSPs, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members in implementing treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions, progress reports, and other documentation.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with adults with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about client needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday
