Autumn ABA is hiring a Board Certified behavior analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position supporting children with autism receiving in-home ABA services. Earn $75–$90/hour with a flexible schedule — full-time or part-time available.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide remote supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Analyze session data and adjust programming as needed
- Deliver parent and caregiver training
- Maintain clinical quality and consistency across caseload
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
- Strong skills in programming, supervision, and data analysis
- Ability to manage caseload independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
