Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - HybridLocation: Odessa, Texas Job Type: Full-Time Setting: ABA Clinic Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA clinic in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a pediatric population in a collaborative and supportive environment while maintaining a hybrid work schedule.The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental disabilities.Perform intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient evaluations.Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA principles.Provide direct behavioral therapy services as needed.Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.Supervise, mentor, and train behavior technicians and other clinical staff.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.Adhere to ethical and professional standards within behavioral health and ABA practice.Stay current with advancements in ABA and behavioral health services.Schedule:Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteMonday through Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMNo weekendsNo on-call responsibilitiesNo night shiftsPatient Population:ABA Clinic settingApproximately 15 patients per dayPediatric population ages 2-10 yearsQualifications:Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Active Texas BCBA licensure required.Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.Benefits:Health InsuranceContinuing Education CreditsFlexible Hybrid ScheduleProfessional Development AssistanceReferral Program
