Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Grand Blanc, MIJob Type: Full-TimeShift: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Clinic hours until 7:00 PM; optional weekend makeup sessions)Setting: Hybrid (Clinic + In-Home)(You can work from home min 2 days per week)Job Summary:Seeking an experienced BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services in a hybrid setting, supporting children and adolescents through clinical supervision, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.Roles and Responsibilities:Provide clinical supervision for ABA therapy programsOversee and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Conduct assessments, including FBAs and skill-based evaluationsDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansProvide parent training and caregiver supportEnsure compliance with clinical quality and documentation standardsDeliver services in both clinic and in-home settingsCollaborate with team members in a hybrid work environmentQualification, Licensure, Experience:Active BCBA certificationValid Michigan BCBA license (required)Minimum 2 years of BCBA experienceStrong experience in ABA program development and supervisionAbility to manage caseloads and supervise RBTs effectivelyBenefits:Health insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Flexible hybrid work schedule
