Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, particularly in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support children and their families.

The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessmentsDevelop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plansSupervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapistsProvide parent/caregiver training and support to promote skill generalizationMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysisMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and reportsEnsure compliance with ethical guidelines and applicable regulatory requirementsCollaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and medical providersAttend and contribute to team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development sessionsQualifications:Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health.Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassionate about helping individuals reach their full potentialAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamKnowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and team members.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in practice.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Continuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesSchedule:Choose your own hoursWork Location: Hybrid remote in Fayetteville, GA 30214Ideal Therapy, LLC has been offering high quality therapy services since 2008.
