What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
- Ensure services meet BACB ethics standards, Texas licensing requirements, and payer guidelines
- Collaborate with leadership to continually improve clinical quality and service delivery
- Help foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compassionate care
Qualifications
- Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to develop high-quality treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable providing services through both telehealth and in-person visits
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
This is a full-time hybrid position combining telehealth with community-based services. Approximately 20% of your time will be spent in person conducting assessments, supervising staff, providing parent training, and completing client visits. Remaining responsibilities may be completed remotely when appropriate and permitted by payer requirements.

Our primary service area includes Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, Porter, New Caney, Crosby, East Houston, Northeast Houston, and surrounding communities. Candidates must be willing to accept case assignments within a reasonable commuting distance.

- Competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 annually , based on experience
