Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
Duties
- Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on implementation of ABA goals.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Required NJ LBA.
- Must be credentialed with Medicaid.
Supervision
- In person for clients up to 30 min travel.
- Hybrid for clients 30-50 min distance.
- 50+ min travel would be a remote position.
