- Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 per year DOE, plus performance bonuses
- Reasonable billable expectations: 25 billable hours per week

What You Will Do
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, and others) and write treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians in implementation of treatment plans
- Lead caregiver training in home, in clinic, and community settings
- Monitor progress and adjust programming based on data
- Work with our Clinical Director to help build company protocols and clinical programs
What You Need
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel
- Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish
