We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with Upto $123k Salary with
$5,000–$20,000 Sign On Bonus For the Full time Case Load.
Qualifications:
- Certified BCBA or
- BCaBA or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program
- Experience providing client services and supervision is preferred
Work locations: - Multiple ABA therapy centers throughout Colorado.
Locations Available: Aurora and many more colorado locations.

After successfully completing your onboarding and ramp-up period, you may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1–2 remote workdays per week, based on business and client needs. Remote workdays are regular workdays and include client services, supervision responsibilities, and administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Annual Salary upto $123k
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
