BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Sanford, Florida
About this Job:
We're seeking a talented BCBA who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. As a BCBA at SOS, you will have the opportunity to work in a center-based setting, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with in-home and in-school supervision if applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments, supervision of treatment plans, training of RBTs, and provision of parent training
- Manage a caseload of 6-12 full-time clients (25-32 billable hours per week)
- Practicum students and interns can help manage your caseload
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure adherence to treatment plans and quality of care
