Remote Full Time Bio & Pharmacology & Health

Company Description

Optimal Care ABA Therapy provides high-quality, home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 0–15 across Illinois. The organization follows a boutique model, remaining intentionally small to offer highly individualized, family-centered care. With more than 15 years of experience, the team understands how language, behavior, and learning intersect.

Role Description

This full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position based in Illinois. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each child’s needs. Daily tasks include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring data, and adjusting interventions to promote measurable progress in communication, social skills, and independence. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver education, collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, and ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with professional standards. The role involves minimal travel to clients’ homes within the service area (if possible), as well as remote clients for those that are further away.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Ability to provide effective Parent Education and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills.
  • Current BCBA certification, Illinois LBA license, and compliance with BACB ethical and practice standards.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families in home-based or community settings.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and use of software tools for clinical documentation and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
