Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – New Jersey

Pivotal ABA is looking for a BCBA to join our growing team.

This is a highly rewarding position providing ABA services where they matter most: in clients' homes and everyday environments. The position includes in-home clinical supervision and services, with the flexibility to provide appropriate parent training and other eligible services remotely.

We are looking for a BCBA who enjoys working closely with families, supporting Behavior Technicians, and seeing meaningful progress happen in real life.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs
• Supervising and training Behavior Technicians
• Reviewing data and making data-based treatment decisions
• Conducting assessments and treatment-plan updates
• Providing parent/caregiver training and support
• Collaborating with families and other members of the treatment team
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Applicants must hold current BCBA certification and New Jersey LBA licensure or eligibility as required for the position.
