About the Role

As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing client treatment plans, providing supervision for behavior technicians, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team—all under one roof!

Responsibilities

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn up to $93,000/year based on experience, with a 28-hour weekly billing quota and performance-based annual raises.
  • Innovative ABA Practices: Integrate Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs) with ABA principles to promote holistic, neurodevelopmental growth.
  • Pod Leadership: Lead a team of clients and RBTs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions through our trauma-responsive philosophy.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside SLPs, OTs, counselors, teachers, and art, music, and recreation specialists to support comprehensive client care.
  • Clinical Supervision & Training: Mentor RBTs, conduct CEU trainings, and assist with competency assessments for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Required: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs).
