Shining Steps ABA is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing St. Louis, Missouri team. We have an immediate need for a clinician with evening availability to support our rapidly expanding caseload.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with our clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality services.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Missouri BCBA licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and working with children with autism is preferred.
